Reclaim Activation Program

Our unique Reclaim Program is an 8 to 12-week customized activation program delivered in-person or online. The target is improved function in individuals coping with disabling physical and mental health conditions focused on successful return-to-work outcomes. The program is especially beneficial for people struggling with chronic pain and long-term mental health conditions impacting employability.

This is a multidisciplinary and highly specialized treatment team approach involving Counsellors, Kinesiologists, and Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants engaged in case management, meaningful goal-setting with the capacity to implement PGAP, treatment coordination, counselling, nutrition, and kinesiology services, as required, to ensure the highest chance of a positive outcome. Return to employment with the potential for job search is integrated with the end goal of employability.
